Is Bernie getting money for the Rich or the Poor?

Was reading an article on Vermont Digger that was quite interesting. Bernie has gotten $3,000.000 dollars for affordable housing, grant money. So that is the proverbial “Free Money” everyone likes to discuss. The article is below:

Sanders announces $3 million in housing grants for Vermont

Vermont Ethics Commission Why are we so afraid? Part 1 of______

The on going discussion continues in Montpelier. We’ve asked many in public office about ethics and few have responded. We’ve seen censorship supporting the proposal from Jim Condos to have a functioning, viable ethics commission. The big bad bill currently in government for discussion is an old wolf, the teeth have been pulled, the animal has not been fed, it can barely walk and it’s got scurvy. What are they soooo afraid of? We ask our readers to comment. We’ll have many more stories on this ongoing investigation.

Vermont Press Censoring? Working to find truth or for Lobbyists?

As you know our organization has been very vocal for years now about having high grades on ethical government in Vermont. It saves us money and gives accountability to our representatives.

In a recent commentary article on Vermont Digger, this reporter was censored and prevented from asking questions on the open board. Below is the article.

Is the state trying to pass a secret tax?

Tax time concept with sign post under blue sky

As you can see from the linked article of Watchdog.org, as reported by Micheal Bielawsky, the legislature is still trying to find more ways to tax Vermonters. Reducing our carbon foot print will reduce global warming, we don’t need more taxes and less control to do this. Read below, let us know your thoughts.

Vermont cap-and-trade bill looks a lot like a carbon tax, observers say

Vermonts Last Report Card in Ethics D-

Please follow the link for more detailed information. As you know to have an average of D-, means you must have many, many F’s on your report card. We are finding the representatives do not know, believe or think Vermont earned a D-.

Condos speaks out on Vermont Ethics

Jim Condos was very quick to respond to our questions, of which are below, not only responsive but a sense of humor.

Hi Neil…

As you know I have been very outspoken on Ethics and Transparency in Gov’t .

Attached are 3 op eds I had submitted (Jan 2017, June 2016, and May 2015)

Your questions…  My answers in red.

Greshin open to improving Ethics in Vermont

As readers may know the last two Ethics reviews, Vermont went from a D+ to a D-. Below are questions asked of Adam and his response. When we first asked the questions he sent  a copy of the reply he had in the Valley Reporter. When asked about the questions specifically he responded quickly. He’s consistently responded in a timely manner. We have yet to hear from Maxine Grad or Minority leader Mr. Turner. We will follow up as often emails get lost or misplaced.  On line interview below. along with Grading of Vermont in the links below.

Vermont Digger and New York Times expose corruption in US.

This presentation was put on by Vermont Digger. The first few minutes are rather tedious, but as you get into the program, it’s very clear how poorly our country is being run and corrupted. This is a very excellent piece and is highly recommended for your viewing.

Jon Margolis attempts to change U.S. Tax History

Prominent reporter for Vermont Digger writes about how not wanting to pay tax is un-American. This writer commented on the page that the tea party and the American revolution was started by the premise of unfair taxation without representation, comments were not posted, perhaps they would reconsider. Here is an article from Wikipedia..

Here is the article promoted by Vermont Digger. We ask you is this unbiased reporting? Is this propaganda? What are your thoughts?

Waitsfield Pays $20,000 for Piece of Ledge in Floodplain

This is what is left of the building that floated away. It’s obviously in flood plain and set backs overlap, creating a novel, negative building envelope. It’s too small for ANY structure.
